If you’re coordinating a fence or gate repair through a homeowner’s insurance claim, we may use your information to prepare documentation that supports that claim. We only share your information with outside parties, such as an insurance carrier or adjuster, when you’ve authorized us to do so as part of coordinating a claim. Text Messaging and Mobile Information

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Trinity Fence and Gate may text you about your service request or project: appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival times, job updates, follow-ups after the job, and a request to review our work. Mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. Trinity Fence and Gate collects your mobile number and your text opt-in consent (including when and how you gave it) only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to honor opt-out requests.

Data Retention

We retain contact and project information for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the work you’ve requested, maintain accurate business records, and comply with applicable legal or tax obligations. Afterward, we take reasonable steps to remove or anonymize information we no longer need.

As a contractor operating within the United States serving customers in Indian Trail, Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Rock Hill, Huntersville, Kannapolis, Mooresville, Hickory, Monroe, Salisbury, Matthews, Fort Mill, Statesville, Mint Hill, Cornelius, Waxhaw, Harrisburg, Stallings, Indian Land, and Hemby Bridge, GDPR generally does not apply to us, but we still aim to handle all visitor information responsibly regardless of where you’re browsing from. Any visitor can request a copy of the information we hold about them or ask that it be corrected or deleted by contacting us directly.
