Service Area

Trinity Fence and Gate provides fencing and gate installation, repair, and replacement services to property owners in Indian Trail, Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Rock Hill, Huntersville, Kannapolis, Mooresville, Hickory, Monroe, Salisbury, Matthews, Fort Mill, Statesville, Mint Hill, Cornelius, Waxhaw, Harrisburg, Stallings, Indian Land, and Hemby Bridge. Use of this website does not guarantee that a project outside this service area will be accepted, and quotes requested for addresses beyond these cities may not be scheduled.

Estimates and Agreements

Estimates provided through this website, by phone, or during an on-site visit are good-faith projections based on the information available at the time. An estimate is not a binding contract. The actual scope, materials, pricing, and schedule for your project are established in a signed work-authorization form, and that signed document, not the website or any verbal quote, governs the service relationship between you and Trinity Fence and Gate.

Payment

Payment terms, including deposit requirements, progress payments, and final balance due, are set out in your signed work order. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time the agreement is signed. Charges for change orders or scope adjustments requested after work begins will be documented in writing before the additional work proceeds.

Insurance Coordination

If your project involves an insurance claim, Trinity Fence and Gate will coordinate with your carrier only with your written authorization. We can provide documentation such as estimates, photos, or scope descriptions to support your claim, but we do not represent your insurance company and cannot guarantee claim outcomes or coverage decisions, which rest entirely with your carrier.

Scope of Work

The scope of work is limited to what is described in your signed work order. This typically covers the fencing or gate category discussed, such as wood, vinyl, aluminum, wrought iron, chain link, privacy, farm and ranch, pool, or commercial fencing, custom and driveway gates, automatic gate openers, or related repair and replacement. Work outside that documented scope, including property line surveys, utility relocation, or landscaping restoration beyond the immediate work area, is not included unless separately agreed to in writing.

Liability and Licensing

Trinity Fence and Gate operates as a licensed contractor within North Carolina state regulations. Our liability for any project is limited to the work performed under the signed agreement and does not extend to pre-existing property conditions, underground utilities not properly located prior to digging, or decisions made independently by the property owner regarding placement, materials, or permitting.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Trinity Fence and Gate runs a customer care text program for customers who contact us about our services. By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts (for example, by checking the text consent box on our contact or estimate form, or by telling us on a call that we may text you), you agree to these terms.

• Program: Trinity Fence and Gate customer care texts, sent from our business texting line.
• What we send: messages about your service request or project, such as appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival times, job updates, follow-ups after the job, and a request to review our work. We do not send marketing texts to anyone who has not separately opted in to them.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your request and project.
• Cost: Msg & data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP to any message for help or contact us at (980) 470-7750 or sales@trinityfenceandgate.com.
• Not a condition of purchase: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: we never share or sell your mobile number or your text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement arises about completed work, we ask that you contact us directly first so we can review the signed work order and the work performed against it. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, and any dispute not resolved informally will be handled according to the dispute resolution terms stated in your signed work-authorization form.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The version posted on this site at the time you request an estimate or sign a work order is the version that applies.
